To identify customers and manage access rights. To fulfil orders placed by registered users and to maintain and develop customer relationships.

Customer data is collected and processed with the customer’s consent, or for the purpose of fulfilling a contract entered into with the customer.

Company name, Business ID, email address, telephone number, username and password.

Personal data is retained for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the contract with the customer or to improve customer service.

Data is collected for the register:

From the individual themselves. From registers maintained by public authorities within the limits permitted by law (e.g. ytj.fi). Data is also collected using the Google Analytics analytics tool.

7. Regular disclosure of data and transfer of data outside the EU or the European Economic Area

Data is not routinely disclosed outside the company. Some of the external service or software providers used by the company may store data outside the EU or the European Economic Area.

We use so-called cookies on our website. They also have the right to restrict or object to the processing of their data in accordance with Articles 18 and 21 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

The data subject has the right to withdraw their previously given consent to the processing of data or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding matters relating to the processing of their personal data.

The data subject also has the right to object to the use of their data for direct marketing purposes.
