That’s lovely to hear. Your friend will receive a 10% discount on their first order, and you’ll receive a 10% discount voucher via email for your next order. The voucher is valid for 30 days from the date the order in which you are named as the referrer is placed. You will receive the discount via the email address provided when making the referral.

We offer the option to collect your order from Ylöjärvi (Kolmenkulmantie 14) and have it delivered to your own shop.

Returns and complaints

We deliver exclusively to businesses, so orders are not eligible for returns. You can read more about the terms and conditions here.

You can create a customer account in our shop by registering. Select Register. Fill in the requested details and confirm your registration.

You can update your details by logging into your customer account and going to the My Account section. There you can edit your contact details, delivery addresses and password.

The registration form includes a ‘Industry’ section where you can select your industry.

If you wish to access industry-specific pricing, this requires separate approval of your account. Industry-specific pricing is intended for companies involved in the resale or professional use of our products.

MATERIALS
PHOTOS

To ensure the best possible result, we require print-ready files. The recommended file formats are vector-based PDF or EPS, as vector graphics retain their sharpness at all sizes and guarantee a clean and precise print result.

In vector files, logos, text and graphic elements are built from shapes, not pixels. This enables precise printing without blurring or loss of quality. All fonts must be converted to paths or embedded in the file to ensure the layout remains as intended.

Yes, you can. If you do not have ready-made vector-based material, we are happy to help. We can adapt your existing material to make it print-ready or design the print material for you from scratch. Contact us to order design work!

Production

We convert HANKI large-format printing rolls and some of our paper bags. We source other products through an extensive network of partners, and when selecting partners, we always aim to include products developed in Finland in our range wherever possible.

We have digital and textile printing facilities, so we print some of the products ourselves, depending on the order quantity. For larger orders, production is outsourced.
