DELIVERY TERMS
These general delivery terms apply to orders fulfilled by Kassatieto Oy.
This B2B shop is aimed at business customers, organisations and public sector bodies.

ONLINE STORE PRICES AND DELIVERY TERMS
shop prices are tax-exclusive prices in euros (VAT 0%). The applicable VAT will be added to orders and is shown in the shopping basket.
Delivery terms: “Ex Works” (EXW). Products are shipped via DSV, unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery charges based on the order quantity will be added to the prices; these will be confirmed to the customer before the order is processed.
Our products can only be ordered via the shop for delivery to Finland. If you require delivery abroad or to the Åland Islands, please contact our customer service.
We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges. If there is an obvious error in the image or price in the shop, the seller reserves the right to correct the error and pricing before delivery.

B2B Contract customers log in to their own order portal using the credentials sent by Kassatieto Oy.
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of ordering.
We reserve the right to deliver, and consequently invoice, printed or otherwise marked products in quantities of +/- 10% of the original order.
DELIVERY TIME AND METHOD
The delivery time for logo-marked products is on average 7–14 business days. If the delivery time for a product is longer than expected, we will always notify the customer. Factors affecting delivery times include the quantity of the product, the branding method and the season. The schedule for direct factory deliveries is always confirmed on a case-by-case basis.
PAYMENT
Kassatieto Oy’s shop offers the option to pay for purchases by invoice. Invoicing is possible following a credit check and the setting of a credit limit. The first order will be charged via a pro forma invoice.
WARRANTY
The warranty terms are subject to the convertr’s warranty terms. The convertr’s warranty requires that the product has been used in accordance with the convertr’s and seller’s instructions. Normal wear and tear resulting from normal use is not covered by the warranty.
Before sending the product for warranty processing, please contact us by email: asiakaspalvelu@kassatieto.com. Once we have received your enquiry, we will provide further instructions for the warranty process.
Returns and complaints
Products bearing a logo cannot be returned, except in cases where the reason for the return is a delivery error or a faulty product. Incorrect deliveries or product complaints must be reported without delay, and no later than within 7 days, to Kassatieto Oy’s customer service asiakaspalvelu@kassatieto.com. Any transport damage must be noted on the consignment note in the presence of the carrier. Transport damage must be reported immediately, and no later than within 3 days. The carrier’s liability for compensation expires after 7 days if no report is made before then. The shipping costs for returning or exchanging a single, undamaged and unmarked item will be charged to the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Markings are made on the basis of the proof, so we cannot accept complaints regarding markings that have been applied in accordance with the proof approved by the customer. Please notify us of any requests for changes to the proof in one go.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Seller shall not be held liable if the delivery of an order is prevented, impeded or delayed by circumstances beyond the Seller’s control, such as war, natural disasters, export or import bans, decisions by public authorities, disruption to public transport, or other similar events that hinder or prevent the Seller’s operations.
