How is the company’s responsibility reflected in everyday life?

At Kassatieto, responsibility means that everything we do is based on honest and transparent practices. We price our products fairly and actively ensure our customers’ satisfaction. We strive to ensure that every delivery and service provides a smooth and reliable customer experience. In the event of any issues, we aim to resolve the situation as quickly as possible and determine how we can prevent a similar situation in the future.

In our production, we ensure that different raw materials are recycled appropriately, and in cases of waste, we aim to reuse the materials. One example of this is surplus large-format printing roll paper, which is reused in completely new sectors, such as in nurseries as drawing paper and as protective paper during craft activities.

Sustainability is also reflected in our choice of raw materials

We use FSC– and PEFC-certified paper, we do not use toxins in production and we also recycle all paper waste. We favour domestic partners and use high-quality domestic raw materials wherever possible. In this way, we ensure that sustainability is present throughout the entire production chain, and that it is not merely a set of promises.
